Katherine Pascoe  Property Manager

Starting her career in Property Management in New Zealand in 2001, Katherine made the move to Victoria via NSW in 2012 where she found a fitting role as Building Manager for Unilodge in Melbourne’s CBD. She has worked across a diverse range of roles in the property management field; Receptionist, Office Manager, Trust Accountant, Sales Admin, to ultimately a qualified Property Manager – a testament to her experience and why Urban Choices was lucky to have her join our team in 2017. She is motivated by a strong desire to provide greater housing choices for people who are finding it difficult to secure a rental property in the current market

Stephanie Bertoldi  NRAS Compliance Officer

Joining Housing Choices South Australia in the merger with her former employer, Common Ground Adelaide, Stephanie filled a variety of roles including reception and housing services over 5 years, before moving interstate and transitioning across to Urban Choices in July of 2018 as our NRAS Specialist. In a challenging yet interesting role, Stephanie has become very knowledgeable in all-things-NRAS and it is her aim to achieve 100% compliance for our landlords, whilst reconciling all NRAS matter promptly to ensure all payments are received on time, and on budget.
