Urban Choices Property is a commercially operated, not-for-profit property management and real estate agency with high level expertise in property management, sales and NRAS compliance, backed by Housing Choices Australia - a leading, national, not-for-profit, property management and community housing enterprise with an asset base exceeding $647 million across Australia. 

Urban Choices currently manages over 350 properties in and around Melbourne and has grown by 30% since commencing operations in April 2016. While Urban Choices is a not-for-profit organisation, our business services are designed to generate a profit - profit that is invested directly into social and affordable housing projects and related initiatives.

Offering competitive and ethical solutions for property investors, both Urban Choices and Housing Choices exist to provide a broad range of sustainable housing solutions to meet the housing needs of vulnerable Australians, particularly those on low incomes and those living with a disability. This allows our clients to have a direct positive social impact by appointing Urban Choices as their Property Manager.

Specialising in all aspects of property management, sales, and NRAS Compliance. Our experience in managing long-term, low income and affordable housing tenancies ensures transferring management of either your private rental or NRAS-registered property to us is a simple process, handled entirely by the Urban Choices team.

Urban Choices Property is founded on core values of customer service and it is vitally important to us that we continue to improve and listen to all our customers and clients. We want to know what we get right and also what we could do better or what we could start doing to improve our service. The best way to do this was via an independent survey which we conduct annually to all our Tenants and Landlords.

Our recent Tenant and Landlord survey showed a 26% increase in Tenant satisfaction from the previous year and Landlord satisfaction has risen from 78% to 83% - pleasing results in an initial transition year. These surveys give us insight into our service delivery and strategic direction.
